New Board, Leadership Council members elected Friday
 The OSU Alumni Association Board of Directors finalized the elections of the newest board and leadership council members at its bi-annual meeting Friday. Ron Ward, president of Ward Construction Inc. in El Reno, Okla., was named chairman for 2012-2013. Ward graduated from OSU with a bachelor of science in math and statistics in 1972.  The North Texas OSU Alumni Chapter invites area alumni to watch FC Dallas take on the Philadelphia Union at FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco Saturday, May 19. The chapter has reserved four outdoor suite decks for the game. Complimentary food and drinks will be served in our own private area with exclusive Stadium Club access. The first 60 individuals to sign up will have the opportunity to participate in the pregame Rally Tunnel. Cowboy Caravans Hitting the Road
 Details are being finalized for the 2012 Cowboy Caravans! Join the Alumni Association and POSSE to celebrate our athletic teams, hear from OSU coaches and staff, network with local OSU alumni and raise money for local OSU Alumni Chapters! Current locations planned include Altus, Bartlesville, Enid, Houston, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Tyler, Texas. Alumni Volunteers Needed to Welcome New Cowboys
 The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is hitting the road and traveling across Oklahoma to congratulate and welcome the next generation of OSU Cowboys! We are searching for alumni volunteers to help present these certificates of achievement in various schools throughout Oklahoma.  Alumni across North Texas are enjoying a new way to mix and mingle thanks to the North Texas OSU Alumni Chapter's neighborhood networking dinners. Upcoming dinners are scheduled for April 25 in Hurst, May 7 in Willow Park, May 8 in Denton, May 14 in Ft. Worth, May 15 in Addison and May 22 in Plano. All dinners begin at 6:30 p.m. and online RSVPs to the dutch-treat dinners are encouraged. OKC Chapter Continues Pokes, Brats & Bedlam Sales
 The OKC Metro OSU Alumni Chapter has ended sales of its package tickets but tailgate-only tickets for adults and children are still available! The tailgate held before the May 5 Bedlam baseball game in Bricktown will feature all-you-can-eat brats and burgers plus drinks. Tickets are $20 for members, $25 for nonmembers and $10 for children 6-12. Life Members Opening Orange Doors
 More than 100 life members have already taken advantage of their new benefit to list their business on the Orange Door Business Network. The Network, which was launched by the Alumni Association in 2011 to promote OSU-friendly businesses, was recently redeveloped from a business membership to a benefit for life members. This change provides life members the option to list their own business in the network and promote it for free to more than 200,000 living OSU alumni. Vintage O-State Registration Open
 The OKC Metro Chapter's 2012 Vintage O-State Wine Tasting and Scholarship Fundraiser is set for Saturday, August 4, at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. Online registration for tickets and sponsorships to the exciting event is now open. Tickets are $65 for members, $75 for nonmembers and $35 for 2006-2011 graduates. Life Membership Dues Increasing
 The OSU Alumni Association is announcing the beginning of a one-year fire sale on life memberships before dues increase on July 1, 2012. Individual life memberships are increasing from $750 to $1,000 and joint life memberships are increasing from $1,000 to $1,500. Seniors 65 and older will continue to receive a $100 discount on life memberships.
