- Welcome message to visitors
- Individualized news and event listings
- Chapter contact list
- Local weather display

Facebook Application
Chapters may request their own Facebook page built under the guidelines specified in the Chapter Leadership Manual, including:
- Customized, branded profile picture
- Page tabs for membership, information update, news, events and classnote submission
- Customized page tabs for prominent chapter events

Watch Party Alert

The Alumni Association sends watch party email alerts to subscribers the Wednesday before a televised game. Complete this form by 8 a.m. Wednesday the week of a watch party to notify the Alumni Association if you're hosting a watch party and if there are any specials.

Event Evaluation

Chapter leaders must complete an event evaluation form
following each and every chapter event. The event evaluation responses
allow the Alumni Association to maintain an accurate record of each
chapter's engagement of area alumni and friends and also allow us to
share event ideas and best practices with other chapters.
Board Member Update
The Alumni Association requires each chapter to submit changes to their board and chapter leadership using this online form. Updates submitted will be reflected in the Alumni Association's database and on the chapter's website contact list (if applicable).
Scholarship Recipient
Chapters may submit information on their scholarship recipients to the Alumni Association using this form. Recipient information will be used to send out hometown press releases and to keep an annual total of scholarship dollars donated by each chapter.
