The Director of Career and Networking Services reports directly to the Vice President and CPO and will develop and oversee OSU Alumni Association Career Services, Cowboys Unite Networking and the Orange Door Business Network. Applicant should have a bachelor’s degree; with three to five years’ experience in public relations, marketing, business/management, or alumni affairs is preferred along with an understanding of career development.
Job Opening: Student and Legacy Programs Administrative Assistant
The OSU Alumni Association is seeking an energetic, team-oriented and charismatic individual to provide secretarial services to the Director of Student and Legacy Programs. Under the direction of the Director of Student and Legacy Programs, the position will assist with the coordination of student awards (Seniors of Significance and Outstanding Seniors), Legacy Program and Grandparent University. Position work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position requires availability for some nights and weekends, and involves assisting with events both inside and outside. Salary is negotiable depending on years of experience.
