The Ranch  The Ranch: Location, Location, Location
The term 'location, location, location' is a well-worn real estate maxim that is an extremely accurate indicator of any property's worth. On May 9th, The Ranch, a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community came one step closer to reality with acquisition of 55 beautiful acres in north Stillwater. The site, formerly known as Peaceable Acres, is located off of Highway 177 just north of Lakeside Golf Course and is a perfect location in terms of the greater Stillwater community. Residents will enjoy an independent, active lifestyle complete with resort-style services and amenities and the benefits of easy access to quality, on-site health care.
