Dr. Kevin Kikta
On May 22, 2011, an ER-5 tornado ripped through Joplin, Mo., killing 160 people. Dr. Kevin Kikta, a 1996 College of Osteopathic Medicine graduate, was one of two ER doctors on duty at St. John's Medical Center when the tornado hit, and subsequently wrote his :45 Seconds memoir about the tornado. Dr. Sean Smith
As the physician president of Mercy/St. John's Clinic in Joplin, Dr. Smith was horrified to learn his hospital had taken a direct hit from the EF-5 tornado that hit Joplin, Mo., on May 22, 2011. In this full-length interview, learn how this 1996 College of Osteopathic Medicine graduate helped guide St. John's through the storm and what lies ahead for Joplin's biggest hospital.

Dr. Karl Reid
For nearly 50 years, Karl Reid has been a fixture at the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology. He returned to his alma mater to teach in 1964 and became dean in 1986. This year, he's stepping down as OSU's longest-serving dean. Hear him share some of the highlights of his career in this full-length interview.
