Classnotes - Search

The Classnotes feature provides members with a place to share information (in several different categories) about what is going on in their lives.  Use the criteria below to search for the members whose notes you would like to read.

Classnotes Help

To Search for Classnotes:
1. Specify a set of search criteria.  To select a criterion for use in your search, click the the checkbox to the left of its filter name.  You must select at least one Note Category to conduct a search. 
2. Make any selections or provide any text required by the selected criteria.
3. Click Search Classnotes.
NOTE: Clicking the Search Classnotes button without defining criteria will generate a list of all existing and approved Classnotes.

To Submit a Classnote:
To add a class note, click Add Classnote.
NOTE:  If you have recently added a ClassnNote, it is possible that you will not see it in the results immediately.  Each Community has its own rules and time frames regarding Administrator approval of member-submitted content.

A Journey of Love, Hope & Faith
 
On March 2, 2013 Ujiro Okiomah (Business Management '08) married the beautiful Nike Falaye during a grand ceremony in Houston, TX. The event was well attended with over 800 guests. I was also thrilled to see so many OSU friends at the wedding.

Honeymoon in Positano
 
Kelli Smith, '03 BA in Broadcast Journalism and Alpha Delta Pi alumnae, married Ryan Burkett of Kincardine, Canada on October 6, 2012 in Orlando, FL. The couple celebrated their honeymoon in Italy and will continue to reside in Orlando. Kelli says, "I swear I wore my orange on my Italian vacation! When we got back to the states, the TSA agent shouted 'Go Cowboys!', which is rare because they are not known to be friendly."

Jackie Lynne Haub Tilkens, B.S. Phys. Edu. '08, M.S. Edu. Tech '10, married her soul mate, Gary Tilkens, Saturday, June 23, 2012. Gary is a Jayhawk, but learning to love orange. He is also in the Air Force which moved the couple to Odenton, MD, where they make their home.

My husband and I got married on Cinco De Mayo 2012!!! We actually went to OSU the same time and had never met!!! We met after college and fell in love very soon after. We celebrated our honeymoon in St. Lucia and we wore orange the ENTIRE TRIP!!! GO POKES

OSU Wedding and Honeymoon
 
My husband, Frank Fairbanks, and I recently married on April 21, 2012 in Dallas Texas, but our story began more than ten years ago when we met during our sophomore year at OSU in a financial accounting class. We were friends for quite a few years and then started dating in May of 2007. We are very grateful for the time we spent together at OSU and for the friends we made. So much so that out of our 12 person wedding party, 10 people (all six bridesmaids and four groomsmen) attended OSU! After our wedding, we honeymooned in Australia where we got an awesome picture of us in our OSU shirts in front of the Sydney Opera House and I just had to show it off. Go Pokes!
