Frequently Asked Questions

What are the style options for the OSU Class ring?

The women’s ring comes in two styles: signet and traditional. The men’s ring comes in one style - traditional. The women’s signet ring is the smaller of the two women's ring styles. The sides are smooth with no engravings with "OSU" inscribed diagonally on the top.

The men and women’s traditional style ring have the same designs on either side, but the men’s is larger. On one side of the ring is Pistol Pete with the Edmon Low Library in the background and waiving wheat. On the other side of the ring is the Official OSU University Seal. The seal is flanked by waving wheat on both sides. On the top of the traditional style OSU ring O-S-U is engraved diagonally, as with the signet style.

Are there any other designs I can get engraved on the side of my ring.

OSU has a single ring tradition, meaning all the rings will look the same no matter which college your degree comes from. The single ring tradition is important because it binds all OSU graduates and students past, present and future regardless of their degrees.  You can personalize the ring, however, with your name, degree and year.

Once I order my ring, when will I receive it?
