The OSU Alumni Association encourages alumni to develop strong ties with each other and Oklahoma State through an engaging mix of programs and activities. Currently, more than 200,000 live around the globe. Although they come from different areas and backgrounds, all share the deep bond of the OSU experience.

Founded in 1897, the Alumni Association exists to "serve its members, alumni and Oklahoma State University, its students, faculty, staff and friends." The continued vitality of the Alumni Association depends on the commitment of time, energy, and resources from members like you.

 

Membership in the OSU Alumni Association, which is open to all graduates, students, fans, and friends, is the most recognizable way of expressing your loyalty and affinity to Oklahoma State University.

Network
The OSU family is more than 200,000 strong and membership can provide you a number of opportunities to connect with alumni in your area who share your interests or profession.
  • Chapters: More than half of all living alumni live within 50 miles of one of our 70 Chapters and Watch Clubs, which host events year-round to keep alumni and fans connected. From golf tournaments and wine tastings to watch parties and happy hours, there are events and activities for alumni of all ages.

  • Homecoming and Reunions: Nobody does it better than Oklahoma State. Presented annually by the Alumni Association, “America’s Greatest Homecoming Celebration” returns tens of thousands of alumni every year for 25 and 50-year reunions, college receptions and more.

  • Online Directory: Search the entire database of alumni for your former roommate or your future business partner. You can search by name, class year, location, business and more.

  • Orange Door: Find OSU-friendly businesses in your area with the Orange Door Business Network. Alumni can search by location and business type to find fellow graduates and OSU supporters providing quality products and services.

  • STATE Magazine: Our award-winning, full-color publication delivered three times a year to your mailbox or inbox. Members can also submit class notes for publication.

  • OrangeBytes E-newsletter: The latest news from campus and upcoming events delivered monthly to your inbox.

  • Social Media: Listen to our weekly podcast and go behind the scenes with member-only videos.

  • Online Services: Whether you’re at work, at home or in your car, orangeconnection.org and its mobile counterpart gives you access to your favorite OSU things all in one place.*

  • E-Mail for Life: Members can showcase their Oklahoma State degree with an @okstatealumni.org e-mail address powered by Google.

  • Career Services: Recruiters know the quality of an Oklahoma State degree and they know the expertise of OSU Career Services. For only $10 a year, members can post their resumes online and access more than 1,000 OSU-friendly employers and their job listings with the HIRE System. Members can also receive resume assistance, job interview training and individual career advice.

  • Edmon Low Library: Members have quick access to thousands of openly available electronic journals and subject databases 24/7 anywhere in the world.

Shop and Save
Members have access to hundreds of discounts on products and services across the U.S. By presenting your active membership card at participating businesses, using promotion codes when shopping online and taking advantage of our service partners, members can save hundreds of dollars a year.
  • Orange Savings Connection: An online mall featuring discounts from more than 800 name-brand stores. Search discounts by type or location. (Savings: 10% or more)

  • Service Partners: Your membership can save hundreds of dollars on auto, homeowners and renters insurance through Liberty Mutual. You’ll also receive discounts on short term (perfect for new graduates) health insurance plus major medical, long term care and life insurance from Marsh. (Savings: Group Rates)

  • University Store: Members receive discounts on merchandise at the OSU University Store and online at ShopOKState.com. (Savings: 10%)

  • Colvin Center: Members are eligible to purchase a membership to the Colvin Recreation Center on campus. (Savings: Not eligible unless OSUAA member)

  • Athletics: Members receive discounted tickets to one football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and wrestling event each year. (Savings: $75 or more)

  • Bowl Games: Member save on lodging, car rentals and more when OSU travels to bowl games. (Savings: More than $100)
